I don't know if anyone can help me with this.. I am a builder/developer in Hutchinson, KS. I bought a car wash next to a shopping center I just built. It has a Futura Millennium built in 2005, has approx. 35,000 washes on it. Right now, I don't know where to go for technical support. We are having problems with the wash and cannot get any support from the manufacturers. I don't know whether to keep this machine or replace it; and I don't know what to replace it with if I did. If anyone believes that they could help me with support on this machine, I would appreciate if you could email me and then we could discuss setting something up.
My problem right now is the car wash is taking money and the computer is not acknowledging that there has been any transaction. Reader is telling to enter and wait for green light but wash doesn't turn on. We have tried to power down and reboot the whole system without success. We have shut the auto-cashier off completely and manually loaded a wash... The touch screen accepts the wash but doesn't turn on. We have also manually gone into the outputs on the screen and it still won't send a signal to turn the wash on. Also, the washes that loaded on Wednesday are still there today, but with today's date on them.
If someone can please help me with this problem that I am having, or give advice, It would be greatly appreciated.
