Futura quit wobbling

I saw I had a failed wash. Took my truck through and the sprayers turn on but do not agitate, so the cones are out. I have to work my other job at 4:50 in the morning but it looks like I’ll be leaving early to get parts...gosh I hope it’s just a part I can change. Does anyone have any thoughts? I turned the hydraulic pump on and agitator valve, in manual mode (testing ) hoping to figure something out.

I got the ladder out and went up on the arch. I could move the sprayers back and forth by hand. But I’m not sure if I’m supposed to be able to.
If someone could help I’d be very appreciative. Thanks.

IIRC there's a single hydraulic drive motor that runs them, and there should be a solenoid that makes them run.

I’ll call Tri Valley to see if they have a replacement. Man I hope it’s a cheap fix. Thanks!

Check the solenoid first, make sure it's getting power. I'm not very familiar with those machines, it may not even have a solenoid. Does the agitator normally come on with the hydraulic pump and run the whole time it's on during a wash? You said you turned the agitator valve on, is that a switch to a solenoid?

Yes I believe it’s on the entire time the cat 3535 is on. I’m at work now so I can’t check it for a couple of hours.

Yeah well it turned out to be the tie rod end on the vertical part of the arch. I had no idea that it could impede the performance of the upper sprayers as well... learn something every day.
Tri Valley equipment is the best! Dude told me what to check before I condemned the solenoid.

And right after that was solved, I realized only two of three blowers were blowing. Whatever that breaker thing is with the timer only had voltage from one leg. And a breaker inside was tripped...called local businesses about a new one and was quoted 6-800 for a new one. I offered 105 on internet auction site for a new one and they accepted. It’ll be here in a week or two, but it’s patched up for now. Thanks for your assistance, MEP.
