Is anyone using Galvanized roofing metal in their bays? I was thinking of using this overhead in our bays to cover up exposed trusses.
Awesome! Do you have any pictures?A lot of the companies that form the metal roofing can also roll it out of aluminum sheet. I just did a bay ceiling with the aluminum sheet and it looks good.
Thanks! Are you using galvanized or just standard metal? One of my washes has R panel for the roof and the walls. Has held up well over time considering its approx. 15-20 years old. I purchased the wash 3 years ago and we use straight muratic acid to wash the walls about every 2 months and still holding up.
Good to hear! Have you had any issues with rust?We use bright white metal roofing on the ceiling of our washes. It's heard up well in the last 38 years. It goes up fast. They are 15' or 20' long.
Nope, no rust. We just clean them about once a year with presoak.Good to hear! Have you had any issues with rust?
Here is the aluminum roof.Awesome! Do you have any pictures?
That looks great! If you don't mind me asking, what was your cost per sheet? Here is the aluminum roof.
I believe it was $2.50 a liner foot for a sheet it 3 feet wide. That looks great! If you don't mind me asking, what was your cost per sheet?
