Well, I bought 3 bay "The Ultimate ". Has A LOT of stuff in it. Kinda overwhelming to me, but everything is. I like it, & Tech support (Dan Kamsickas) is really good. The Guage regulators have given me a few problems, but most ofy problems have prolly been cause it set.up for about 4 yrs. The Watwr Lovers R O system has been the most pain. With all that being said, it works good, & is a million time better thany old crap we pulled.

What kind of Coleman rack do you have? Why do you want to change it? I put a Used like new super saver rack in a couple years ago and really like it, easy to work on and tons of features. I have Ginsan ultimate doors and as "soonermajic" says they are great to deal with.

I have a personalized Jim Coleman rack, has all the basic features but when has been left neglected and have had 5 distributors including freelancer look at it and asked them to refurbish it all have not given me defined answers hence I am looking to put new equipment and start a fresh.

I have amazed several owners of Ginsan pump stands by removing the things that aren't really necessary. Same thing with their RO units. For instance, down here in FL there is no need for heated water or weep freeze protection. I can get about 4 five gallon buckets of things I took off. Just wait till you have to replace one of the check valves between the pump suction and the plumbing going to the main water tank. You will have a few choice words for that design. I recently converted one of their RO units because the printed circuit board was having issues. Just took it out and threw it away. The float in the storage turns it on and off. No need for fast flush, and a multiplex relay will activate the repressure pump. Remember the old aircraft designer adage, "Simplicate and add less weight."

Sounds like Mark VII equipment! Way over engineered!
