I believe this has went out on my vacuum. It’s not accepting quarters. But I can’t find this exact one. Is this just an older version of the newer sensortrons?

You won't find that exact one as it hasn't been made in about 30 years. The standard Sensortron insert is the replacement.

25 years of built up cynicism and other operators that have actually asked that and been upset when told no......really.

What do you mean it's not on warranty!! It should be, can't you extend the warranty a little bit.
