Anyone have experience with a Goldline Printer not cutting receipts? Cannot find any helpful info in the manual. Also trying to find the way to remove the printer so I can swap with one in a second Goldline to see if issue is the printer or a controller problem. Wires to controller are hidden. Trying to avoid taking everything apart if possible.

Have you tried calling Hamilton tech support?

The controller has nothing to do with the printer cutting paper.

Roz, its been a long time since I've messed with mine as I don't use it anymore, but I believe if you rotate that dial on the front of the printer you'll manually cycle the cutter. That foil blade along the bottom will move up and cut the paper. At least that's how I remember it. Is it possible to adjust the foil cutter up at all?

Once mine got damaged I couldn't get it to cut consistently either. It cut from the outside in and left too big of a tab in the middle that wouldn't tear easily.

Good idea as I wondered about the wheel in the front. Hamilton’s only suggestion was to swap the printers in the two GL to see if issue was a controller issue or a printer issue.
