Looking to put a full service tunnel wash here that would also have a 4 bay closed detail garage as well as a mobile detailing van. The said location is located on a 4 lane divided road with 30,000 vehicles per day and then a state highway with 93,000 away. It is situated across from a large shopping plaza that has a dicks sporting goods, Kohl’s, target, Home Depot , bed bath and beyond and a bunch of smaller stores Thoughts? Also for the amount of vehicle traffic, would you say it is possible to do 15,000-20,000 washes a year?
EDIT: Also wanted to add, there are two hospitals, 8 big name car dealerships and about 2 dozen fast food places all within 2 miles. There is also a large shopping mall about half a mile away that is 5 times the size of the plaza across from the site I am looking at. Across from this said site is also a Shell Gas station with a run down express wash that hardly ever looks busy.
