:DI took advantage of Kleen Rite's free shipping offer in Kleen Scene magazine recently.

Because I am not that smart (my wife will tell you...), I forgot 2 items I really wanted to add to the order due to a $25 haz mat fee as well as $20 each item for shipping.

I called right back within 1 minute, realizing my mistake, adding the items to my order. They said fine, it was added.

I received the order, minus the added items. Called customer service. They said they cannot guarantee any changes to an order and they would check and call back. I readied myself for disappointment and a re-order.

They did call me back. They said they would ship the items as a part of the free shipping offer. :D

One more reason to use this company, IMO. I was impressed. I know my customers are more and more demanding these days and it was nice to be on the receiving end of a bargain for a change.

Been a customer of Kleen Rite for 22 years. Had ordered a batch of soap shipped for free. Turned out to be a very bad batch, the first in over 20 years. Called and got another entire order for free (shipping and soap) + all the contaminated soap that was ruined from the bad batch.

Simply the best.
