Google review 1 star to 5!

I got this 1 star review on Thursday. The guy was angry because he had been charged $10 for his wash. I responded and explained that he is probably seeing the credit authorization and not the actual charge. I told him the minimum charge is $4 and if he felt he was due a refund to call me and I’d be more than happy to issue it.
I hadn’t heard anything but the email from Google has been sitting in my inbox making angry. I clicked “read me” and was surprised that the review was gone! I haven’t received an email about this amazing review that he wrote!

Awesome! We have a few that were changed to 5 stars later after we responded.

Know how that works. Both blessing and a curse. I kicked a young couple out of one of my bays last week Seems they parked in a bay and then spent 15 minutes next door at that fuck+ing Starbucks. 10 minutes later I get a one star review with no reason for the rating. Since I knew who it was, I politely asked him to return so we could discuss it. Never showed. Was ready to spend a night in jail for that one. I do respond to all reviews.
