Mike, FWIW I used a Fragramatics hose on my Coleman combo. IIRC, I crimped on a 3/8 male fitting and attatched it to the same point as the original hose. I did have to install a relay to kill power to the solenoid if the pump wasn't running. I found out that if the toggle switch was left on and the brush hanging down that the tank would siphon dry. It now works great and I don't have to deal with that pushbutton that Jesus Christ himself doesn't know how to change without losing his religion.
What's up with JCC? The rumor mill has them being bought by Istabul? Maybe I don't have the mfg name right. Anyone else know who I'm talking aboutor heard this? Just curious, they seem to be lagging in their support and technology these days.
It's getting harder and harder to get parts quickly from any of the big manufactures. Makes you wonder how many of them will be around in five years. It affects my decisions when purchasing equipment. I want to make sure the supplier will be there in five years when I need a new widget.
I heard a rumor that Istobal is in the process of buying out Jim Coleman...Good be a good thing or a bad thing. Maybe they can keep parts in stock under new ownership.

Istobal is the company I heard has bought them. Its supposedly a done deal. I haven't heard good things about some of their units, but hopefully they will improve the JC products and keep better inventory of parts!
