Group Health Insurance

To any of you all currently offer group health insurance for your employees? When I say offer, this does not necessarily mean you cover the entire 100% of the monthly bill but I was trying to get an idea of how many car wash operators are currently offer this for their employees.

I pay 50% for all eligible employees. Just got my renewal and this years increase is 9.4%.

We always did. But now we only put so much towards their insurance.
