We have the Hamilton App for our customers. Lately some of our monthly customers have been experiencing an error message saying that they have no rewards in their app when they scan the monthly program QR code. The code is read as the GL beeps, says checking account, and then gives them a message about no rewards available. Their accounts are active and in good standing. This issue has been baffling for months (baffling Hamilton).
I installed the latest GL OS 1.3.9 which supposedly had a fix for the issue but issue persists. It is really hampering my monthly program adoption and at this point after months of back & forth I have little to no confidence in the manufacturer addressing the issue.
Anyone else using the Hamilton app have the same experience? Wondering if it is just a GL issue or maybe with other of their paystations too? Thx
