A little more information would be nice
How much extra change does it give?
Does it shut off and the red out of service light come On?
What is the error code on the Controller, the Green LED will tell you what the problem is.
Have opened up the Hopper and clean any debris that might be under the Payout switch arm?

Sure. Sorry. It gives back 5 to 6 quarters per 1 dollar. It stays in service, red light does not come on. I have not seen ertor on controller. The next it does this I will check. My help catches it first and has cut off machine before I see it . We have dumped hopper and cleaned debris but it was fairly clear.
When you cleaned the hopper did you remove the front cover and clean any debris that might be under the Payout switch arm? Check the brake at the back of the motor it should loose and move freely. The changer should shut down when it pays out to many coins. How do you know it's paying out to many coins? Will the changer work if your helper doesn't turn the changer off? Are you dispensing Quarters?
He puts dollars in each morning just to check if it's taking bills and everything is working even light is not. 3 times in a row it gave one extra coin. I will do the things you suggested even is working properly when I get there.
