Hamilton Changer 100-0136 Audit Pro

We are purchasing a new Hamilton RNS Change Machine. Do I need the Audit Pro to program the machine? Kleen rite says "optional" and "necessary" both in the description, so I am confused... wondering if anyone here knows based on experience.

I've sold a lot of Hamilton Bill changers and 99.9% of the time you don't need a Audit Pro controller usless your planning on doing some sort of custom payout. The standard C-2000 controller will do you fine. You also want to use a Mars validator.

Thank you - I did order it with a Mars Validator (thanks to info on this forum!). We will be doing just a standard payout (quarters), so it looks like the standard controller will be what we need.
