Good afternoon!
Is anyone else having an issue receiving texts/SMS messages from their Hamilton DAN and PDQ machines/equipment? Starting about 2 weeks ago, we began receiving alerts/warning/etc. hours and even days later.
As per typical procedure, everyone is ONLY pointing fingers and not helping (at all) to resolve. ISP blames Gmail. Hamilton Manufacturing and PDQ Vehicle Wash Systems blame ISP and/or cellphone carrier. Interesting thing is that emails arrive in timely manner.
Secondly, I'm receiving texts/SMS (double authentication stuff) from other car wash related programs -- credit card devices, merchant processor, and banking.
Thoughts? Ideas? Anything?
