Hamilton gold line credit card says checking credit and doesn’t charge!

My Hamilton gold line is having an issue. When a customer comes up and swipes their card it says checking credit and doesn’t charge the customer and times out. It also shows offline on the computer but if you open it up and move the Ethernet cords it comes back online works for a little while then goes back offline. I have owned the wash a couple months so still learning. Any ideas?

We use worldpay

I’m going to guess Hamilton that’s the brand of the silver box the lines plug into

Call Hamilton and have them try to call into your ACW. You've probably got a bad EIC.
