Hamilton HTK Not Sending Credit Card Sales/Reporting to Hosted Solutions after Internet Outage -

Here's a new one....

Internet goes down 8:30pm on Saturday night.

Internet comes back on 5:25pm Sunday Afternoon.

HTK & Dan reconnected 9:25am Monday Morning.

Wash was slammed Sunday and only issue was it would not process or take wash codes. HTK took cards, ran wash, no issues..., however none of the sales were being reported into Hosted Solutions. Merchant service/credit card processor confirmed nothing sent from Hamilton HTK.

I have called Hamilton 10 times talking to 5 different people, sent logs, etc.. and nobody seems to have an answer as to where our money is and how to update the hosted solutions to reflect sales for that day.

Has anyone experienced this issue in the past, what was timeline to fix?
