Handling customer complaints

I recently started a new way of handling some complaints. Every now and then a customer will call up and say that the wash did not get their car clean enough. It happens both with automatic customers and SS customers. I get the customers information for a refund so I can send it out. Before they are off their cell phone I ask them to take a picture of the problem they described with their cell phone camara and to send it to me at my number. That way I can verify the complaint. It is funny how very few of them ever send me the photo so they can get their refund.
