The ShurVend marketing strategy for our products from our first showing at the WCA Show in 1999 has been to sell directly to car wash operators so we could obtain their “feedback”, understand their "wants and desires", and to service them the way we would want to be treated. After all we were wash operators before we were manufacturers and resellers. We learned that this is a marketing philosophy that is very similar to Sonny's "Go Direct" and to Fragramatic’s direct sales programs.

Over the years we have added the marketing "horsepower" of some distributors and well known discount houses in the business. The present state of the car wash business dictates that we adjust our strategy to squeeze all extra costs out of our marketing to create a win/win situation for our customers and for us. This has involved making some tough choices. We will continue to sell direct to customer/operators and through car wash distributors (with web sites) that service operators that choose to work with them. We are partnering with only one larger Warehouse Supplier in the U.S. and that is Windtrax, Inc in Mission, KS. We will not sell our products through any other discount warehouse for a variety of reasons which is a business decision. We think we can do a better job of servicing the customer both before and after the sales by implementing this decision. We can not do any “private labeling” of our products for anyone because of Agreements and License restrictions.

Energy and commodity prices along with technology advances have made pricing of equipment a very difficult matter for anything but short term. That is not the way we would like it, but that is the way it is. Pricing must therefore be subject to change constantly so please call before making any pricing decisions.

Our number one priority is still the servicing of our customers before and after the sale. Please be assured that we will do whatever is necessary to design or customize our products to reflect the wants of you, the car wash operator. We will always endeavor to provide the operator with the best equipment that we can design and manufacture, be very reliable with low maintenance, and a source of profit at the wash site.
