Help with hose

I have a r bell cyclone automatic and im having a problem with the hose that connects the pipe from the trolly and the one coming from the commutater. The hose will blow about 1 inch from the fitting closest to the pipe from the commutater I am using 2250 psi hose with 3/4 male non swival ends. and the hose will sometimes not last a week. all swivals are working good and have not changed any pipes or anything else accept the commutater on the unit but it was doing this before changing that. I just put a 4000 psi hose on last nite lets see how long it lasts. Oh and the hose is 18 inches end of fitting to end of fitting

Is there a restriction?

I would wonder what has changed, if anything, that could be causing this repeated hp hose to break. Is there something restricting the flow, like a bad check valve or solenoid valve that should be opening but isn't?

When I troubleshoot my IBA I try to see if a repeated problem happens in the same spot or at the same place in the wash process or machine's travel.
