My wash select II credit card which I updated to the Panasonic dual side reader has been working fine. Now when I swipe a card it says Network Error - L. It is a dial up modem. I tested it through diagnostics and it says the modem is working. I plugged a phone in at the Wash Select II and I have a dial tone and can dial out. Anyone know what I can do or what it might be? Thanks

Have you verified that the phone cord that the modem is using is ok?

we just changed to cryptopay, instant fast, I think you have a phone line problem or bad modem. We have had many network errors on our wsII and it was the phone line or modem, get a land line phone and plug it in, if you here any static that can cause it. If not it the modem.

How do you like your crypto pay on have wash select II? I was always curious how it work in regards to all the voice cammands the wash select uses.

Just put it in Friday, it works great, the voice commands are the same. Its way faster then dial up and I didn't have to run any wires. Im sure the % is going to be higher but how much more I don't know yet. Comes with a new face plate, but will not print a receipt customer has to log into go green to get a receipt.
