HHC Controller issue

Does anyone know what six (6) flashes on an old HHC Controller inside an RNS changer means? Of course, it's a holiday, therefore Hamilton is closed.

FWIW, a bill gets validated, proper coins dispensed, the red button "pops"....and six flashes as an error code.
