The valve that separates the undercarriage spray from the L arch spray seems to be malfunctioning. I'm getting water through both simultaneously when someone enters the bay. It works fine while actually washing the car. I removed the valve stem and rinsed the parts off and reassembled and it works fine for a couple days but now it's back to doing the same thing. Are these valves rebuildable or just replace? I have good coil and voltage

If your talking about Mac valve. Just replace.

Lexair valves(part that Mac valve switches) can be rebuilt.

I f you are talking about the mac valve, one thing to remember, is that water in the air lines kills mac valves.

61952 is the Washworld part number of the valve. It's a 1 inch stainless body valve with an nc and an no. Washworld was very helpful and walked me through some tests. The valve had done this intermittently since I purchased the used machine from the dealer. The installer said, "it's an expensive part so let's see if it works itself out." I was ok with that but now that the warranty has passed and it quit completely. They gave me a discount on a valve (still about $700) and I got to install it myself.
