Homemade Dema 294

Does anyone have plans or a diagram for a homemade foamer (think it's called air injection) like the Dema 294? Thanks.

Are you trying to make the injector part? If not, you'll still have to purchase an injector or a pump for mixed chemical.

Thanks, good question. It's for a foamy brush system for my personal use. I don't own a carwash, so I don't have pumps and mixing containers to just add a tee fitting or pvc foamer. I need the whole assembly. The Dema 294 looks quite simple, maybe it's easier said than done or maybe I'm missing the point of what the 294 is used for. That's what I'm here for. Thanks for any help.

I guess I need the whole assembly, I was wondering if you could make one out of pvc and fittings. Perhaps not, that may be why its impossible to find a photo or a video of how to make one. Thanks for any help.

An injector is a fairly precise item, and it needs to be adjustable for chemical use whether it's with a needle valve/screw or with tips of varying size. It draws the soap with the flow of water. Without an injector you'll need a pump, and you also need an air compressor.
