I have a Ryko OHD2001 and was wondering how often I should replace the HP nozzles? I replaced them about 4 years ago and they look fine, but wasn't sure. I replace my SS nozzles at least yearly, but these don't' get nearly the same use.

It's worth a study. If you have hour meters on your bay pumps, pick a bay and test the flow every certain number of hours. I used a 5 gallon pail with a lid, made measured marks on it and filled it for exactly 30 seconds and took note of how much the flow expanded. I didn't use the hour meter but I decided on every two months for changing bay tips because the flow increased by half a gallon a minute in that time.

That's crazy that it changes that much. I'm sure I've been losing tons of water for a cheap fix.

I change the nozzles once a year. It costs me less than $150. With water bills annually in the thousands....I figure I'm break even within a couple of weeks. Plus....it washes much better (IMEG's).
