How to get customers to keep the doors shut in cold weather?

Was wondering if anyone has ideas of how to get customers to keep the doors shut in cold weather or do you just keep raising prices to cover the heating costs? Their is signs on doors and on walls but That’s not working.

We lock them shut on one end of the bay

I only have doors on one end and they are locked shut in the winter. I found out years ago that people won't shut doors and sometimes would not open the doors fully and then drive through them and blame me for the damage to their cars.
