I am looking at installing a modular petwash building. What are you guys using to heat your petwash? I live in Ohio so I need something that will perform well for long periods of time below freezing. My petwash building wold set about 75' feet from my floor heat boiler. I was wondering if a wall radiator type heater connected to my boiler would work. I would need to bury the boiler lines in the ground for about 50' but though about using the insulated outdoor wood burner type boiler lines.
Also is an air conditioner a must for a dog wash or would lots of ventilation be good enough for a small building with 1 tub?
