how to mix compressed air with fluid

Hello,

I need some kind of device with 2 inlets and one outlet

operational pressure approx. 6 bar

both inlets I need to be able to regulate them

1 inlet compressed air the other inlet liquid wax

its a type of wax that needs to be mixed with compressed air in order to create a foam.

I need to be able to regulate the amount of air and wax entering.

How can I achieve this? what items I need?

is it possible to make something home made? cheaper?

You'll have to mix the wax with water and pump it into a foamer to mix with air, which will end up costing a lot more than what I linked.
