How to program Wash Select II to shut down when IBA is out of service?

I had a used D&S Quicksilver installed two months ago. When my machine goes down with error it is not communicating with the Unitec to give the customer the "out of service" display.

Where in the unitec do I program it to read the error and shut down the POS? I do not want to continue to take the customer $ once the wash is shut down?
