Installed lots of new equipment that's why we go to the car wash shows to see what's happing.
purchased several pumping plant stands thru kleen rite, units were made by hydro spray. had several problems basic design problems. Which required the help of kleen rite company support for which I am very greatfull.
hydro spray equipment issues included, poor tie down of equipment on shipping palet, mounting pads damaged from becoming lose during shipping, welds breaking on stainless steel frames from vibration during operation( no penetration of welds) , pumps motors wired up backwards for wrong rotation of cat pumps for proper oil lube rotation.
Chemical connections using steel connectors started leaking from and rusting from day one and becoming lose.
Motor contactor welded its self shut causing one pump to run 24 hours straight and burn its self up.24 inch Plastic electrical boxes holding electrical components falling off from frame due to poor mounting.
As much money was spend on equipment, hydro sprays response for help was non existence. Kleen rite help was requested, 4 months later help was provided and kleen rite did help in with some replacement parts for pumping plant problems. After many modifications to the equipment it now works OK
