Howdy y’all,
I’ve got at least 1 of the valves not working and I believe I found the problem but I am not sure what it is called. I am attaching pictures. The threaded inlet on the black plastic piece is cracked and so believe that is the main issue. Also, the square mixing piece that says turtle wax looks to have 2 ports in and 1 port out what is that called?

The black piece is called the "eductor" I believe. Kleen-Rite should have them. I would call the clear piece an inlet manifold. I've never seen one of them before. I'm guessing it's for pulling two chemicals at once if desired.

Here is the part for the cracked educator body.
The clear part is for using turtle wax hyper concentrates. If you want to eliminate it and use just the hydrominder tips you can. You may need to get the hydrominder rebuild kit.
If you keep the turtle wax dilution block, you need to at least plug the unused port or you will only suck air and not chemicals.

Trash the turtle wax mixing block. Your missing a tipholder/check valve. Replace with standard black eductor. I'm now on all 1/4" press in tips, which have a wider selection of ratios than the larger screw in tips.
