Hypro 2400 series pump problem!

I have 2400 series hypro pumps in my washes and I believe this has been covered before but anyways here it goes..... It is leaking oil from bottom of motor is this the low pressure oil seal bad? Any input is appreciated!

It's definitely an oil seal, but it could be one of the three piston oil seals, the crankshaft seal, one of the bearing cover o-rings or the rear cover seal.
