Hypro and ShurFlo to become one?

I have heard from a bird that these 2 companies are combining under a new name. What gives? I can only suspect that this does not mean BETTER products and service.

I wonder what else will be sent overseas. Their big pump (2530S) is already made in China, so I wonder what else is next.
