The audacity of Obama to side with the tin pan ruler of a pathetic, impoverished, crime laden third world piece of sh-t country against his own country is embarrassing. But this has become the way of Obama, apologizing for the U.S. being the best country in the world, never did he mention the aid and money we send to that despicable garbage can of a country, never did he mention the aid and relief we send all over the world, or how we protect people all over the world. He has lost any respect the office of the President is supposed to garner. He is a disgrace and an abomination to this country and should be thrown out on his ass along with the a--hole from mexico. nuf said.

What is probably equally disturbing is seeing people like Holder, Napolitano, other Administration officials and many Dems standing up and applauding the speech. Recent polls indicate that almost 75% of the people support the Arizona law. When does the will of the people matter? It didn't on health care and now immigration.

I just saw a report that ICE, the immigration department, may refuse to deport any illegals captured by Arizona. Now the federal government is refusing to enforce their own laws. This Administration has shown it cares little about the law and choses to selectively enforce it. This November and the elections in 2012 cannot come soon enough to stop this nonsense.

Our 2 Hikers in iran have been in jail for 10 months. Other countries take the borders seriously. Last night NBC news Michelle O was at a school and a little girl told her that her mom had no papers, and she said we'll have to see what we can do about that. I am embarassed about how he views our country.

Apparently, Mike was so upset that he didn't mention that his comments were in response to the speech by The President of Mexico and Obama's along with other Dems response.

Ted M sent this as he couldn't log in:

I don't know if Obama is just a fool or has an agenda. Goldman-Sacks is under investigation by the SEC and OBAMA is on TV bad mouthing them, He jumps to conclusions, the wrong conclusion about the incident at the university with the cop and a black guy. He is bad mouthing AZ when they get no help from the Feds with the stream of illegal immigrants. Smart people surround themselves with people that can keep them out of trouble, obviously there are some people that are asleep back there.

BUT, some of my friend's responses to this crap is that "He is better than Bush" HUH???

Well, there is always a bright side, at least Pat and Doug aren't here to tell us what a great job he's doing.

They should be about finished slapping Goldman Sachs around now. I think that was just a dog and pony show to get the executive branch in charge of the financial services industry. GS bought and paid for obama. They'll get a slap on the wrist and that will go away is my prediction. They got what they want. I think history will view this administration as the worst in the history of the nation.

After November Obama will be a lame duck President and that should at least stop the nonsense or slow it down to a trickle. There is still some worry about foreign policy when he keeps having state dinners for leaders to come in and denigrate our country in front of Congress and the world. This guy is beyond clueless and is a disgrace to our country.

We need to keep in mind that it is typical of politicians to do their most radical damage in the first 2 years and then move to the center in the second 2 as reelection looms nearer. It's important that we don't forget and don't let others forget what a radical dangerous character this guy is. If he stays in 8 years we'll be as bad as Greece.

I doubt people will forget the mess he has made in two years. It will be much like Carter. Unless the Republicans do something really stupid in selecting a candidate, this guy will get beat badly in 2012. If he continues to alienate his far left base he may even have trouble getting the nomination himself, especially after the results of this year's elections. Even if he tries to move to the middle it won't save him from defeat.

You know, from what I understand about the Mexican border laws and their prison system, I think we should just scrap the Arizona law & use the Mexican law. That should make everyone happy.

We have some friends, not many, who are more left leaning. Most are objective and are willing to listen to others views. Some were Bush haters and we did not tolerate such conversations in our home as they had no basis for much of what they said and it just spun people up and accomplished nothing.. About a year ago we had a cookout at our camp with large group. One guy could not let it be and brought up how bad Bush had been--my soft spoken wife said Shannon you hate Bush don't you--he said yes-- she said well I hate Obama and his policies 10 times more than you could ever dislike Bush. Many dinners since--no one mentions Bush in a disrespectful way.

I hope a change will be made to shift power back in the Fall. However, I'm not sure the bulk of the Republicans have fully learned their lesson. If they win we will be going back to the lessor of two evils. Both parties for their own reasons will still be trying out how to get the American people swallow amnesty for undocumented residents and will continue spending more than we make under the guise of "investing in America". Both parties will allow a dysfunctional banking system to hold the economy as hostage and take the profits, but stick any systemic losses with the American taxpayer.

Mathematically/financially speaking America is going to hit the wall soon, probably within a decade. One party doesn't have the will to prevent it, the other one does not have the spine to prevent it. I'm paying off debt in preparation for this. Debt prepayment is the only sure return on money right now for me.
