We were wrapping and getting ready to ship a ShurVend VendPro-iG4EE to one of our customers today when I discovered not all the paperwork was inside the vendor. When the outside door is closed and locked, there is no way to get to the drop box or any opening to drop the paper work inside. Boy was I embarrassed!!!! No keys or anyway to get inside the vendor!!! We had already shipped the keys and T-Handle to the outside door by UPS to the customer so he could unlock the vendor when it arrived. Welllll, I just proved to myself that if I can't get into the vendor to drop the paperwork, then the vendor is working exactly as designed for security during the hours the wash is closed.
