Ice/ water vending machine

I'm seriously considering putting in one of these at my wash out front on a major high traffic count road with lots of fisherman, contractors etc... I priced out these at the show in Orlando and they are going for upwards of $45k. Does anybody run one of these ? Are you making any $?

Maintenance seems pretty straightforward any units to avoid?
