Many companies send out surveys and/or questionaires to customers asking for feedback on business experiences or purchases that have been made so they can tweak their operations. EBay is a prime example for this because you are asked for feedback on every transaction that you make. ShurVend is no different and we continually ask for customer feedback on our products. We have gotten many good ideas on improving the vendor security and operations from customers and from those that drop by our booth at the shows.
So we are asking again for feedback on any aspect of our vendor operations or other pet peeve that you may have with vending. We don't look upon it as criticism of our product but a new way of looking at the operation. We have incorporated many ideas and suggestions from many people over the years and thank these people for that. The ones we do adopt and use have made our product better and more user friendly.
