I've never seen these doors anywhere else. There are pins on each side, two that act as a hinge on the left and two that attach to a cam on the right for locking it. The door face is 14 x 14".
Pretty sure that's an old Mark VII door. Does it have a hinge on the left side and a weird lock system on the right? If so, we've made several replacement doors for those hulls. We didn't try to replicate the goofy lock so we put a lock in each corner and the customer put a piece of stock on the bottom of the hull for those locks.
Yes, pins on the left side for a hinge and on the right attached to the cam. If you still have the pattern I might have to order a couple spares from you.
Looks like the only ones we did a few years back were for push buttons. I'd have to get them requoted but I'm going to assume they aren't going to be cheap. We've seen almost 400% increases in our stainless costs in the last 12-14 months. You're probably in the $200ish per piece of steel range.
