Idx at402

I tried to order idx AT402 from a regular distributor. It went from backorder status to no longer available.Anybody know if this true.

Erik, I looked at the IDX web site and it looks like the AT402 is "Obsolete"

IDX has a new manufacturer for their parts, which they're renaming as they're replaced with next generation models. I'm sure they'll eventually have an equivalent model.

Good luck with anything from IDX anymore. Everything I have of theirs I am changing out to other manufacturers as everything they have been doing the last 3 years has gone down hill fast. I used to really like their MA800's, but they have become so undependable they are useless. Anyone interested in about 50 of them let me know!! They have 000 customer support anymore, and if you have any problems even with new units that dont work your waiting for months for replacements.
