IDX BT 900 not counting down time

I have an IDX BT900 display with an external 411 timer for one of my self serve bays. When customers put quarters in the self-serve bay, the BT 900 display does not show the time counting down, however the bay turns on and functions. The BT 900 display still shows the scrolling message with start time information etc, it just won't show the time counting down. I tried swapping out the 411 timer and I also restarted everything to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions on where my breakdown could possibly be?

You've got a bad BT900 display. Call IDX and get a RMA # and send it in for repair.
