Anyone else having problems getting IDX coin mechs repaired? Today I was told that it will take between 4-5 months from when I send them in to when I get them back. That's ridiculous. The last batch I sent in have been there three months!

They've always had a slow turnaround. I don't know why they can't hire an extra person if they have so many to repair.

When I used them the turn-around time was acceptable, but they were never fixed. I finally got tired of sending them in time and time again for the same problem, only to have it re-occur shortly after installing it. I've been using Micro-coin QLs for the last several years now.

I stopped sending them in for repair. For about $150 easier to just install a new one.
