In bay dryer

Anyone willing to share pics or simple plans for a DIY in bay dryer?

Failing that, can anyone concisely tell me the pros and cons of the commercially available units? Yes I've searched.

Attic v. wall mount? Actually I've decided I don't want to have to get in my attic to service it. So more like what maintenance issues should I expect the unit being exposed to the moisture of the bay?(and what can I do to minimize that)

I have some mental plans for a DIY in-bay dryer, but nothing I'm ready to share yet.

There's not much to them but the top few inches of a vacuum cleaner bolted to the wall and the exhaust plumbed to a hose.

I'll probably put the motors on the roof because they're so noisy.

I know what needs to happen, just need a visual to roll around in my head.

One minor note about the Diskin ones. They offwr a beefed up motor that runs on 220 volt instead of the regular vac motor. It does put out more oomph.
