In bay tri foam systems

Does anyone have a D&S self serve tri foam system? If so what pressure do you run the air and air pumps at? Mine is not worth using it spits so bad, our JC with the rotary pumps work so much better, I'm sorry we wasted money on this system...

It might be the bay hose. Curly hoses agitate the tri-foam pretty bad, causing it to spit and sputter. Try switching to a regular low pressure hose. I've got systems with both pumps. They all work great with the right bay hose.

I have curly hoses and mine works fine. It's not a D&S system and I don't know what the presures are.

A lot depends on the chemical. I've had stuff that took a lot of rigging to get good foam, and stuff that foams really easily.

Does yours have air pumps or rotary?

72 psi for D & S

Ours is an air pump, but I can assure you the difference in your two systems isn't the pump.
