In bay triple shine acting up

Ok,

My triple shine air is acting up. When a bay calls for triple shine the air guage drops to zero so nothing but liquid iscoming out in the bays. I put on a new air regulator and thought I had it fixed but I cant keep a constant air pressure.When the bays are calling for triple shine Its either to much air or or none at all. I can come inside the equipment room and adjust but again it wont last.

Any ideas please?
