Anyone have any problems with chem flex injectors?? Suppose to be corrosion resistant.

I take it you are useing them right now or or you just asking the question if they are corrosion resistant? I am current useing them and have had no problems with them.

Pre soak injectors (my) are always corroding...high/low ph....heard of these Chemflex injectors that are supposed to be corrosion resistent...just wondering if anyone had any experience with them...

We have been using the ChemFlex Kynar plastic injectors for about 2 years now on our Washworld equipment - They are definitely better than the original SS injectors. My low PH presoak was killing SS injectors in 3-4 months, Now I can get a year out of a set of plastic injectors. The SS portion of the ChemFlex injector still corrodes with time, and a year is pretty well the max expected life with low PH. They seem to last much longer with high PH chemical

One note - Make sure you test draw rates and titrate after changing to them - They seem to require one larger orifice size to draw the same amount of chemical as the SS injectors.

Thank you very much...will check on availability in some of the catalogs...again thanks..assume they will work on PDQ LaserWash 4000
