Thank you!
We worked hard to get the faceplate the way it is now. We have a graphic design man who makes all our decals. We design them, and he makes them.
Yes, that can be a problem. We do get chargebacks. I get two to three calls a year about customers being overcharged. When I explain what happened, they understand. I'm always happy to roll back the cameras and give them a refund for time not used.

Hi Eric, the key word is TAP not PUSH..
"Tap to pay" also known as "contactless" is a function involving the customer's credit card. Instructing a customer to "Tap To Stop" would imply the customer use the same proceedure (presenting the card) to stop payment. This would create further complications if a wash uses buttons for service selection. This may sound silly to an owner/operator but we spend many hours with our equipment where our customers spend mere seconds interacting with the coin box functions and only minutes with the brushes and guns.
Those in-bay buttons for service selection are called "push-buttons" btw, not "tap buttons."

Fwiw:
"Button Push or Tap..
The term "tap" is generally preferred for interacting with buttons on touch screens, as it implies a quick, short interaction.
On the other hand, "push" is more commonly used for physical buttons, as it suggests the act of applying pressure to a mechanical switch."
Cryptopay swipers use a mechanical/membrane switch, or button.

Here's TAP TO PAY signs we use at our car wash... Did you know that by reversing the wires you can change the color of the STOP button - from GREEN to RED? RED made more sense, since psychologically RED means STOP. Reduced customer confusion for us!

I spent a minute thinking about the verbiage (speech or writing that uses too many words or excessively technical expressions) for our NAYAX instruction decals.

Regardless, a gentleman recently approached me with a question...
"How do I make the credit card system work?"
