The Steering Committee of detail industry suppliers for the Formation of the International Detailing Association has recently announced that the all legal requirements and registrations have been completed and IDA is now seeking members from all segments of the detail industry---operators, manufacturers, distributors and consultants.

The Committee indicated that as soon as IDA had 75 to 100 members requests for nominations for the Board of Directors will be made. The nominating committee will select a final slate of candidates and a vote taken among all members for the first Board of Directors of the International Detailing Association.
The Formation Steering Committee is made up of the following founding charter members: Allbrite Car Care Products; Car Brite; Cyclo Toolmakers, Inc.; DETAIL PLUS; Ding King; P & S Chemical Sales; Professional Dispensing Systems; RAGGTOPP; and U.S. Products, Inc.
