Issues to watch for on a SoftGloss

Ryko is gonna come fix a few things on our SoftGloss. It's dang near 3 hr drive, so Id like em to check everything thoroughly.
What are some things I should have em check?

Not sure - don’t have one, but do they have a preventative maintience/routine maintenance checklist? Kinda of like when you bring a car in for servicing or get a furnace/ac checkup. I’ll bet they have a checklist for some type of routine inspection.

They do, & it's lengthy & somewhat complicated.

Coach, I'd recommend you just have them go through and do a preventative maintenance. Tighten all set screws on all bearings. Grease all bearings. Make sure arm pivots are tight, and arms are levelled properly. Make sure boom is articulating properly, and the gap is good between wall and machine boom. Just general items, but all contribute to a machine running well.
