Has someone found a good remedy for the door design that allows someone to put their arm inside and pull the product out of the bottom shelf?

Check with Ginsan. They have a retrofit for this. Mine was provided a few years ago at no charge.

Chaz do you remember what the upgrade was? Can you describe it or post a picture?

Hi there. The part is essentially a replacement delivery door. Just two screws to change out. A bit different angle on the door that better closes the shelf area when opening the door to retrieve dispensed product. A bit less room to pull out paid product but much less missing product. Again, I got this no charge shortly after purchasing my new Ginsan vendor.
