Anyone else use both? Just had it installed. Simply want to use credit card (paynode) or cash (JC). Some reason, if someone pays cash and leaves, the paynode says "equipment on" for an extended period. If customer #2 comes in and swipes a credit card, instead of reading the screen from the paynode with time going up, it charges the credit card $15-20 and time counts down from the JC timer, and is unable to shut off.
Can't believe we are the only ones in the United States that added the PayNode to the self serve bays with a Coleman?? Coleman says it's a Unitec issue... and yep! Unitec says it is a Coleman issue....
I really just want a solution... any ideas?
